Rules – Shardas Home Stay

Loud music or noise in the guest rooms is prohibited as a mark of comfort of other guests.
There is no elevator, or restaurant on-site.
Our homestay is a Smoke-Free Property. Smoking is allowed outside the rooms only.
Rates are on per room basis, for 2 people maximum occupancy and include continental breakfast.
Only 1 extra bed is allowed per room on additional payment of INR 700/- inclusive of continental breakfast (in some rooms).
Check-in time is after11:00 am and Check out time –11:00 am.
Guests are required to provide Passport/Visa details at the time of Check -In & fill up registration form & guest register as required by the Law.
Since we are a homestay we prefer daytime checkins and we also close and lock gates around 10 pm for security purposes. With prior information to the host late nights returns can be accommodated.
Amendment or cancellation must be done atleast two weeks prior to date of arrival. Any cancellation in less than 2 weeks will incur 50 percent booking charges of the stay.
Early check out will not result in any refund.
