Smoking is allowed outside the rooms only.<\/li><li>Rates are on per room basis, for 2 people maximum occupancy and include continental breakfast.<\/li><li>Only 1 extra bed is allowed per room on additional payment of INR 700\/- inclusive of continental breakfast (in some rooms).<\/li><li>Check-in time is after11:00 am and Check out time \u201311:00 am.<\/li><li>Guests are required to provide Passport\/Visa details at the time of Check -In &amp; fill up registration form &amp; guest register as required by the Law.<\/li><li>Since we are a homestay we prefer daytime checkins and we also close and lock gates around 10 pm for security purposes. With prior information to the host late nights returns can be accommodated.<\/li><li>Amendment or cancellation must be done atleast two weeks prior to date of arrival.
